People are the heart of our community, and what better way to get to know your neighbors than with events that bring us together.

We are offering up to (15) $100 sponsorships, which will get you featured as art on our custom Coronado lotería tablas! You can choose to design your own card art or we can offer it up to a local artist to design it. Specifications apply--see below.
There are 54 total pieces of art that are randomly arranged on the Lotería tablas, all of which will feature places, things and characteristics of Coronado. As a sponsor, your company’s design will be one of those squares. While they will not appear on every tabla, we will guarantee 3 sponsor squares will be on each tabla (and we’re printing ~150 tablas, so you are guaranteed a minimum of 30 spots).

Could be a logo, but even more fun if it's some kind of art that represents your company!
You can design this in-house and send to info@thecoronadoneighborhood.com, or we can put it on the sign-up list for neighbors to volunteer to design on your behalf—let us know which you prefer.
All art must be received by November 1, 2026 to be included.

One of the most magical things about Lotería de Coronado is that the artwork on every tabla is made by OUR community — neighbors, friends, and creatives of all ages and abilities. We're looking for artists to design the 54 custom squares that make up our game, and there is genuinely a spot for everyone. Past contributors have ranged from professional artists and craftspeople to kids with finger paints and crayons. Whether you're 3 or 93, work in watercolor or washi tape, we can't wait to see what you create!
As a thank-you, every participating artist will be entered into a prize drawing — one entry per piece submitted, up to 5 entries per artist. We wish we could pay everyone for their creativity; as a 100% volunteer-led 501c3 non-profit, this is our small way of showing appreciation!

Sunday October 25th 10:00am-Noon Miracle Mile McDowell Meet at the parking lot behind Firecreek Coffee on McDowell Come clean up our neighborhood with support from District 4 Council candidate Ed Hermes.
Wear a hat and sunscreen, and bring gloves and a picker if you have them (though we have some to share)!
Wednesday, October 28th 6:00pm AZ Wilderness Miracle Mile
The goal of the subcommittee is to determine how we as a neighborhood can better advocate for and improve the Miracle Mile area.
Is there a way we can add some branding to the area? Can we help advocate for a safer McDowell road so pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles can all safely access businesses? Is there an event that we can help plan to highlight and promote the area?
This will be a casual, informal meeting where we can talk about the area and throw out ideas. We can also determine a meeting schedule for the committee going forward.
We're continuing our annual Halloween Bike Ride + Pet Parade this year, and combining it with food trucks!
The bike ride map will be released about a week prior to the event.
There will be a contest for best dressed pets!
Join us at the end point for a festive Halloween food truck feast!

All registrations must be completed and paid before arrival.
This year’s Street Fair takes place just north and east of Coronado Park, creating a lively, walkable hub at the center of the Home Tour. Vendors, nonprofits, makers, and small businesses will be part of a day filled with community spirit and nonstop activity.
Alongside our amazing vendors and food trucks, the Street Fair will feature:
Phoenix Youth Circus Arts’ Annual Kids Parade — one of the most beloved Home Tour traditions
Live bands throughout the day, adding energy and music to the park
These attractions bring families, neighbors, and visitors into the park all day long—making it a fantastic opportunity for vendors.
Food trucks will be stationed on 13th Street (south of Palm Lane) to create a vibrant food court adjacent to the Market.
Each registration reserves one 10’ x 10’ space in the park.
Need a larger footprint? Register for multiple spaces (e.g., two spaces for 10’ x 20’).
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, power, and setup needs.
Food trucks and food vendors must upload a valid Maricopa County permit during registration.
Nonprofits: Email your 501(c)(3) letter to home.tour@thecoronadoneighborhood.com for a discount code prior to registering.
Vendor check-in and park setup begin at 6:00 AM.
Please unload efficiently and move vehicles to designated parking before setting up.
All vehicles must be off the park pathways and nearby streets by 9:00 AM.
The Street Fair and the Home Tour run 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Food trucks will receive detailed parking instructions one week prior.
A logistics email and site map will be sent to all registered participants approximately two weeks before the event.

All registrations are subject to review and approval by the Coronado Neighborhood Association Board.
Tickets for the 2027 Coronado Historically Modern Home Tour are on sale now!
Join us on Sunday, February 28 from 10am-4pm for a full day of historic and "historically modern" homes, local vendors and makers, food trucks, live music, the annual Kids Parade hosted by Phoenix Youth Circus Arts, and more at the Street Fair.
The Street Fair is FREE to attend, but home access requires a ticket.
Early Bird Pricing is open through December 31, 2026.
Save when you purchase in advance! Members receive additional discounted pricing—just log into your member profile before checkout.
After purchasing your tickets, you'll receive a QR code for quick check-in at the Coronado Neighborhood Association ticket booth at Coronado Park. There, you'll receive your wristband, which grants access to all homes on the tour.
Kids under 10 are free.
All ticket sales support the Coronado Neighborhood Association's community programs, advocacy work, and neighborhood events throughout the year.

The Coronado Home Tour is the Coronado Neighborhood Association’s largest annual fundraiser, drawing 1200+ people to Coronado Park for our Street Fair. Our sponsors make this beloved community event possible — and we invite local businesses, organizations, and neighbors to partner with us in making the 2027Home Tour unforgettable.
Your support directly funds CNA programs, community events, youth initiatives, beautification projects, and neighborhood improvements throughout the year.
In addition to photos and stories from each tour home, the Home Tour pamphlet features all of our sponsors and some neighborhood resources.
Sponsors may offer optional day-of discounts or specials to guests (e.g., “10% off with wristband”), which will be noted in the pamphlet, given to all ticketed attendees.
