Calling all artists for the 2024 Coronado Art Tour! December 7th & 8th from 9am - 3pm.

Artists will be showcasing and selling their work in studios and yards throughout the neighborhood. A detailed map will be made available as the event approaches.

To display your work, please fill out this form. All creators are welcome & do not have to reside in Coronado (tell your artist friends!)

We greatly appreciate all the sponsors, vendors,  and advertisers who make the Home Tour our most important fundraiser of the year. We can't do this without you! All the proceeds go to support Coronado Neighborhood Association programs which you can read more about on this website.

Early Bird Pricing for all categories ends on December 15th (registered and paid) and all registrations must be complete and paid by January 25th. Last-minute vendor spaces will be available but won't be listed in the event brochure.  All registrations are subject to review and approval by the CNA Board.

VENDORS & FOOD TRUCKS

The Coronado Home Tour features a street fair around Coronado Park. Food trucks and vendors are set up on the streets and make for an engaging and lively area for residents and other Phoenix locals to explore and enjoy. The street fair features locally made food, products, and services. Our street fair would be nothing without our vendors! 

To reserve a 10'x10' area or food truck spot at the street fair, click the Registration button and follow the steps to register and pay online.  You are reserving a space only, so be sure to bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. If you need a 10'x20' space, simply register for a 10'x10' spot twice. Food trucks or food vendors must submit a valid Maricopa County permit with their registration.

We have special pricing for non-profits! Please submit a 501(c)(3) form to treasurer@thecoronadoneighborhood.com to receive a special code to enter for the discount.

Placement of your booth is first-come, first-served.  The street is barricaded by 6am at which point you are welcome to set up.  All vehicles used to drop off your equipment must be out of the street by 9am.  The street fair and home tours officially start at 10am.  Additional logistic information will be emailed approximately two weeks before the event.

BROCHURE ADS

The Home Tour brochure is a full-color program of the event  including home write-ups, advertisements, and a street fair map.  Over 1,000 copies are electronically delivered or handed to all attendees when they check in or buy tickets. Advertising in the brochure is a great opportunity to show your support for Coronado!

The brochure is 5.5x8.5" per page and ad size options are quarter, half, full page, and full spread.

Once you register, we will reach out to get your advertisement design ready for print.

We have some great opportunities available for sponsorship of the Home Tour. Sponsorship is your opportunity to maximize your exposure and show the Coronado neighborhood how much you support them. Sponsor packages at a glance: 

What's Included

• Porch Concert Official Sponsor: That's right! With the official sponsorship of Home Tour, we will extend your sponsorship to our next Porch Concert; another beloved event of the Coronado Community.  
• Paid Media Advertisement: Paid media ads with your brand as the presenting sponsor (estimated 50,000+ daily impressions for two weeks leading up to the Home Tour).
• Dedicated Stage Banner: Your company logo on a large dedicated banner hung on the concert stage recognizing you as our Official 2025 Home Tour sponsor (estimated 1,500+ impressions).
• Verbal Address at Event: optional for you to have a representative from the company speak to the crowd, or if your staff is unable to attend, a CNA board member will provide an acknowledgement of your sponsorship on your behalf. 
• 10' x 20' Space or 10' x 10' with optimal location near the entrance or ticket sale; whichever you prefer. The brochure map will note your location as a sponsor. Additional space can be accommodated for special displays (estimated 1,500 in foot traffic).
• Promotional Home Tour & Sponsor Takeaway: swag giveaway to first 150 people to check in at the ticket booth branded with your logo alongside Coronado Home Tour design.
• Home Tour Tickets to give away as you see fit.
• Ticket Banner: A large banner with all sponsoring companies logos located at the Ticket Sales booth in the middle of the street fair where all attendees must check in or buy tickets. The banner will recognize sponsorship level and thank your company for supporting the Home Tour (estimated 1,500 in foot traffic).
• Park Banner: Your company logo on a banner at Coronado Park recognizing and thanking all our Sponsors. This will be hung for at least one week prior to, and during, the event (estimated 2,000+ daily impressions).
• Brochure Ad: Ad printed in the Home Tour brochure with recognition of Sponsorship level (please refer to perks matrix for size provided at each sponsorship level).
• Website Ad: One year placement of your company logo on the home page of this website in a dedicated banner with recognition as the Official Sponsor of the 2025 Home Tour (estimated 4,000 views per month).

Heritage Sponsor - $5,000: As a Heritage Sponsor, your business will be recognized as a significant contributor to the 2025 Coronado Home Tour. This sponsorship level offers valuable exposure with logo placement on promotional materials, and a special half-page ad in the Home Tour brochure. Community Partner Sponsor - $2,500: The Community Partner Sponsor package provides a fantastic opportunity for businesses to show their support for the Coronado neighborhood. You’ll receive recognition through logo placement on select event materials and digital promotions, along with a mention in the Home Tour brochure. Neighbor Sponsor - $1,000: Perfect for small businesses and individuals, the Neighbor Sponsor package offers a cost-effective way to make a positive impact on the Coronado community. You’ll receive similar recognition to higher sponsorship levels, including mentions in event materials and signage, as well as in the Home Tour guide. This sponsorship is a great way to show your support for the neighborhood and be part of a meaningful, local event.

Day-of ticket sales will be available at the Coronado Neighborhood Association booth at the street fair.

The Coronado Home Tour is back for 2025!  Bring friends and family along for a fun day of local vendors, food trucks, historic and historically modern homes on tour, kids parade, music and more. 

The street fair is free but home tours require a ticket. Once you check in at the ticketing tent at the street fair, you'll be given a wrist band for home access. 

Ticket sales go towards supporting the Coronado Neighborhood Association which allows us to continue advocating for the greater Coronado area and hosting more events like this.

Members receive discounted ticket pricing (log into your member profile on this site to get access).  We are also offering early bird pricing which ends on December 31st.

Kids under 10 are free!
