CNA Safety Committee Meeting

Monday, November 18 · 7:00 – 8:00pm

Moving the November meeting to accommodate Thanksgiving and shifting the meeting location to the park. Will work to bring a lamp in case the lights aren't bright enough, but let's plan to meet at the picnic tables close to the tennis courts.

Agenda Items:

• Lots of events coming up in Coronado and the district — now exchanging upcoming events with North High School, the NSD and other groups
• Upcoming drug prevention training / presentation Dec. 2nd (details below!)
• Talking with a rep from Trellis about organizing a McDowell clean-up in January — also hoping to connect with the Merchant’s Association
• PNP community training — Reached out Brian Kornegay, need to determine a date, host location, and number of attendees
• Will review highlights of meeting with Neighborhood Services Department rep
• Working on safety-related materials for distribution as well as social media campaign — have print estimates and working through design

• DEC 7-8, from 9AM-3PM: Coronado Art Tour
• DEC 14 from 2-7PM: Merriment in Melrose  at Lyceum Park (4330 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013)
