Coronado Historically Modern Home Tour + Street Fair

Peek inside some of Coronado's most interesting homes, celebrate our neighborhood's architectural character, and spend the day enjoying local art, food, music, and community.

Our annual Home Tour is the CNA's largest fundraiser and one of our favorite neighborhood traditions. Proceeds help support community events, neighborhood improvements, and programs throughout the year.

And you don't need a Home Tour ticket to enjoy the Street Fair—it's free and open to everyone!

WayneFest

Local music. Local food. Lots of Coronado love.

What began with neighbors gathering for porch concerts grew into WayneFest, an annual celebration of Arizona musicians, artists, and community at Coronado Park.

Produced by Amplified Arizona, WayneFest brings people together through music, food, and art. The CNA is proud to support this neighborhood tradition.

Little Gatherings, Big Community

Not every neighborhood tradition needs a stage or a ticket. Sometimes all it takes is a cup of coffee, a folding chair, or an excuse to get outside.

Throughout the year, you'll find opportunities to connect with your neighbors through:

Coffee Meetups & Happy Hours: Relaxed opportunities to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.
Neighborhood Parties & Celebrations: From Lotería nights and holiday festivities to bike rides and family-friendly fun.
Arts, Music & Creativity: Celebrations of the artists, makers, musicians, and creative spirit that help define Coronado.
Community Cleanups & Volunteer Events: Get your hands dirty, make a difference, and meet some good people along the way.
Front Yard Fridays: Pull up a lawn chair, grab a drink, and get to know your neighbors! Host a casual front yard hangout or stroll the block to say hello. It's a simple way to build community and keep more eyes on our streets.
Community Meetings: Stay informed, share ideas, and help shape what's happening in our neighborhood.
