Our self-guided Home Tour invites you inside a selection of historic and "historically modern" homes, each offering a glimpse into the architecture, history, and lives that shape our neighborhood.

Explore the Street Fair + Park Party

The party doesn't stop at the front door!

Head to Coronado Park for a free, family-friendly celebration featuring local artists and makers, neighborhood businesses, nonprofit organizations, food trucks, live music, and the annual Kids Parade hosted by Phoenix Youth Circus Arts.

Shop local, grab a bite, catch some music, and spend the afternoon with your neighbors.

No ticket necessary for the Street Fair. Just come enjoy!

Home Tour tickets include entry to all featured homes. Children under 10 are free, and active CNA resident members receive discounted pricing.

Check-In

Purchase in advance and bring your confirmation QR code to the CNA check-in booth at Coronado Park. You'll receive a wristband for access to the homes on tour.

Street Fair

Free and open to everyone, with no ticket or CNA membership required.

PURCHASE TICKETS

Tickets are nonrefundable. CNA members should log into their accounts before purchasing to receive member pricing.

• Small or spacious. Great design and interesting stories come in every square footage.

• Polished or a work in progress. You don't need a magazine-ready home to have something wonderful to share.

• Full of personality. Colorful interiors, unusual collections, DIY projects, beautiful gardens, and unexpected details are part of what makes Coronado, well, Coronado!
