We greatly appreciate all the vendors and sponsors who make the Home Tour our most important fundraiser of the year.  All the proceeds go to support Coronado Neighborhood Association programs which you can read more about on this website.

Early bird pricing for all categories ends on December 21st (registered and paid) and all registrations must be complete and paid by January 29th.  All registrations are subject to review and approval by the CNA board.

If you plan to be a vendor and also purchase brochure space, you will need to go through the process for each category; once for chosen vendor space and once for your brochure option.  This helps keep us organized as we plan out the big day.  Sponsors only need to go through once.

VENDORS & FOOD TRUCKS

The Coronado Home Tour features a street fair around Coronado Park. Food trucks and vendors are set up on the streets surrounding the park and make for an engaging and lively area for residents and other Phoenix locals to explore and enjoy. The street fair features locally made food, products, and services.  Our street fair would be nothing without our vendors! 

To reserve a 10'x10', 10'x15', or food truck spot at the street fair, click the Registration button and follow the steps to register and pay online. Please note that inclusion in the brochure must be bought separately.  You are reserving a space only so be sure to plan to bring your tent, tables, and chairs. 

Special pricing is available for non-profits which will need to submit a 501(c)(3) form to info@thecoronadoneighborhood.com in order to keep their registration.

BROCHURE ADS

The Home Tour brochure is a 5.5"x8.5" full color program handed to all attendees when they check in or buy tickets (~1500 printed).  For those companies not looking for a sponsorship package, the brochure is an opportunity to place your company advertisement.  Sizing of the ad can be:

• Quarter page
• Half page
• Full page

Special full page placements on the inside front and/or back cover can be purchased as well. 

Once you register and pay, we will reach out to get your advertisement design ready for print.

SPONSORSHIPS

We have some great opportunities available for sponsorship of the Home Tour.  Sponsorship is your opportunity to maximize your exposure and show the Coronado neighborhood how much you support them.  If you're interested in becoming a sponsor, email us at info@thecoronadoneighborhood.com.  Sponsor packages include:

Official Sponsor - $5,000:  Would you like to be THE Official Sponsor of the 2023 Coronado Home Tour?  This package comes with many perks that will get your company the most recognition as a strong supporter of the Coronado neighborhood.  Benefits include:

• A large dedicated banner with your company logo located at the Ticket Sales booth where all attendees must check in or buy tickets.  The banner will recognize and thank your company as the Official Sponsor of the home tour.
• A full page ad printed on the back of the Home Tour brochure with recognition as the Official Sponsor.
• One year placement of your company logo on the home page of this website in a dedicated banner with recognition as the Official Sponsor of the 2023 Home Tour.
• Dedicated Facebook and Instagram posts thanking your company as the Official Sponsor with timing of release at your choosing.
• Vendor 10'x15' tent with premier location near the entrance or ticket sale; whichever you prefer.  The brochure map will note your location as a sponsor.

Peacock Sponsor - $1,000:  For those looking for a smaller sponsorship package, the Peacock Sponsorship comes with benefits that will get your company recognition as a strong supporter of the Coronado neighborhood.  Benefits include:

• Your company logo on a banner at Coronado park recognizing and thanking all our Peacock Sponsors.
• A half page ad printed in the Home Tour brochure with recognition as a Peacock Sponsor.
• One year placement of your company logo on the home page of this website in a banner recognizing all our Peacock Sponsors of the 2023 Home Tour.
