We greatly appreciate all the sponsors, vendors,  and advertisers who make the Home Tour our most important fundraiser of the year.  We can't do this without you!  All the proceeds go to support Coronado Neighborhood Association programs which you can read more about on this website.

Early Bird Pricing for all categories ends on December 17th (registered and paid) and all registrations must be complete and paid by January 28th.  Last-minute vendor spaces will be available but won't be listed in the event brochure or have assigned spacing.  All registrations are subject to review and approval by the CNA Board.

VENDORS & FOOD TRUCKS

The Coronado Home Tour features a street fair around Coronado Park. Food trucks and vendors are set up on the streets and make for an engaging and lively area for residents and other Phoenix locals to explore and enjoy. The street fair features locally made food, products, and services.  Our street fair would be nothing without our vendors! 

To reserve a 10'x10' area or food truck spot at the street fair, click the Registration button and follow the steps to register and pay online.  You are reserving a space only, so be sure to bring your own tent, tables, and chairs.  If you need a 10'x20' space, simply register for a 10'x10' spot twice.  Food trucks or food vendors must submit a valid Maricopa County permit with their registration.

We have special pricing for non-profits! Please submit a 501(c)(3) form to treasurer@thecoronadoneighborhood.com to receive a special code to enter for the discount.

BROCHURE ADS

The Home Tour brochure is a full-color program of the event  including home write-ups, advertisements, and a street fair map.  Over 1,000 copies are electronically delivered or handed to all attendees when they check in or buy tickets.  Advertising in the brochure is a great opportunity to show your support for Coronado!

The brochure is 5.5x8.5" per page and ad size options are quarter, half, or full page.

Once you register, we will reach out to get your advertisement design ready for print.

SPONSORSHIPS

We have some great opportunities available for sponsorship of the Home Tour.  Sponsorship is your opportunity to maximize your exposure and show the Coronado neighborhood how much you support them.  Sponsor packages include:

Official Sponsor - $5,000:  Would you like to be THE Official Sponsor of the 2024 Coronado Home Tour?  This package comes with many perks that will get your company the most recognition as a strong supporter of the Coronado neighborhood.  Benefits include:

• Your company logo on a banner at Coronado park recognizing and thanking all our Sponsors.  This will be hung for at least one week prior to, and during, the vent.
• A large dedicated banner with your company logo located at the Ticket Sales booth in the middle of the street fair where all attendees must check in or buy tickets.  The banner will recognize and thank your company as the Official Sponsor of the home tour.
• A full-page ad printed on the back or inside cover (your choice) of the Home Tour brochure with recognition as the Official Sponsor.  
• One year placement of your company logo on the home page of this website in a dedicated banner with recognition as the Official Sponsor of the 2024 Home Tour.
• Dedicated Facebook and Instagram posts thanking your company as the Official Sponsor with timing of release at your choosing.
• A 10'x20' space with premier location near the entrance or ticket sale; whichever you prefer.  The brochure map will note your location as a sponsor.  Additional space can be accommodated for special displays.

Peacock Sponsor - $1,000:  For those looking for a smaller sponsorship package, the Peacock Sponsorship comes with many similar benefits that will get your company recognition as a strong supporter of the Coronado neighborhood.  Benefits include:

• Your company logo on a banner at Coronado park recognizing and thanking all our Sponsors.  This will be hung for at least one week prior to, and during, the vent.
• A full-page ad printed in the Home Tour brochure with recognition as a Peacock Sponsor.
• One year placement of your company logo on the home page of this website in a banner recognizing all our Peacock Sponsors of the 2024 Home Tour.
