Home Tour Vendors

The Coronado Neighborhood Association welcomes you to the Coronado Historically Modern Tour. Once again, we will gather at Coronado Park to enjoy food, music, a lively street fair and homes and gardens open for tour.

Around Coronado Park, the “District PHX” Street Fair will showcase you, the best of Arizona. This year, we are showcasing only locally made products and services. Food trucks will provide treats for our guests and the large park will provide the perfect spot to enjoy the day while enjoying live entertainment.

  • Click the “Register” button below to fill out the online application to be part of the Street Fair as a vendor, nonprofit or food vendor.
  • All applications are subject to approval by the Home Tour committee. All applicants will be notified of the status of their application via email.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt. All invoices are sent electronically via PayPal. , All applications must be received by January 31, 2018, with payments due by February 11,2018
  • If you prefer to pay your invoice by check, please make the check payable to the Coronado Neighborhood Association. Our mailing address is: P.O. Box 5195, Phoenix, AZ 85010.

Vendor/Nonprofits:

  • Space is secured after receipt of payment. You will receive confirmation by email.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt. All invoices are sent electronically via PayPal. , All applications must be received by January 31, 2018, with payments due by February 11,2018
  • The Street Fair layout will be available on the vendor section of our website February 18, 2018. Visit the Home Tour vendor page on our website to view the map and additional day-of instructions. We are unable to accommodate booth placement requests.
  • Check in and set up will take place from 7am-9am. Vehicles will need to be unloaded and removed from the street fair area by 9:30 am and due to City of Phoenix Police requirements, must be removed from the area closed to traffic. Setup can continue until the street fair begins at 10:00 am.
  • Break down of vendor space will begin at 4:00 pm. In order to keep all attendees safe, vendors may not access the street fair area by vehicle until 4:30 pm.
  • Vendors shall be fully responsible for their own display including, but not limited to, any damage by fire, robbery, weather or other destruction, or any injury to any person or property that occurs within the vendor’s exhibit area or area vendor’s property moves to/through.
  • Vendors shall not transfer or assign any of the privileges afforded by this contract.
  • Vendors agree to hold the Coronado Neighborhood Association (“Association”), the Coronado Home Tour (“Tour”) and the Coronado Home Tour Committee (“Committee”) harmless from, and release each of them from all liability for any claims or actions brought against the vendor related to or arising out of this contract.
  • Vendors must provide all equipment necessary for operation at the Street Fair, including, but not limited to tables, chairs, canopies, power, and water.
  • Vendors may not solicit business (including offering free product samples or advertising material) more than 5 feet from their own booth. Collection of signatures for political campaigns/ballot measures must be done within the allotted vendor space.
  • Vendors are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
  • The Coronado Home Tour Chair/Committee may not accept/approve all vendor applicants. Applicants will be notified by email if their registration is not accepted/approved.

Food Vendors/Food Trucks:

  • Food vendors must have (and display) proper permits as required by Maricopa County Environmental Services.
  • Alcohol may not be sold within the boundaries of the Coronado Home Tour and Street Fair.
  • Limited tables and chairs will be provided for attendees in the park entertainment area.
  • Please make arrangements to bring additional tables and chairs your particular set-up requires.

The Home Tour will be held 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and the Street Fair will run from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The event will be held rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided.
